The girls who are competing are the most promising, young, Icelandic golfers in the agegroup U 18, at the Golf Club Keilir in Hafnarfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, Iceland. They are:\u00a0Anna S\u00f3lveig Snorrad\u00f3ttir,\u00a0\u00a0Hildur R\u00fan Gu\u00f0j\u00f3nsd\u00f3ttir, Saga \u00cdsafold Arnarsd\u00f3ttir, H\u00f6gna Kristbj\u00f6rg Kn\u00fatsd\u00f3ttir, Gu\u00f0r\u00fan Br\u00e1 Bj\u00f6rgvinsd\u00f3ttir and Sara Margr\u00e9t Hinriksd\u00f3ttir.<\/p>\n
The girls have been practicing with renowned golfinstructors and teaching pro\u00b4s at the Golf Club Keilir: Bj\u00f6rgvin Sigurbergsson, Sigurgeir P\u00e1ll Sveinsson and J\u00f3hann Kristj\u00e1n Hjaltason, this past winter.<\/p>\n
Although the goals of the girls differ a bit the participation in the tournament will be a nice experience and good preparation for next \u00a0summer.<\/p>\n
